Food interconnects us with every human being on the planet. Reconnecting with his students from around the world, Professor Tim Crofton makes a dessert from pretty much every country on the planet. Being a type one diabetic doesn’t stop him from making cultural connections through food.  

That sense of smell and taste takes you back to a time, a place, a person.
